Currently completing her last course at the University of Manitoba, Erica will graduate with her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature this summer. Erica is instinctively practical, logical, and analytical—consistently seeking out the most efficient way to complete tasks. On top of being an organization aficionado, her creative eye brings out fresh ideas that she is never afraid to speak up about.
Erica enjoys working on projects that “keep her on her toes”—the more she has to learn “on the fly” in order to complete the project, the better. When the task requires her to learn, explore, and get creative, she is the happiest of campers. But perhaps most essential, is that Erica balances an easy-going demeanor—allowing her to work well with everyone—with an intense will to complete tasks flawlessly. This symmetry is what makes her an integral member of our team.
